EXPERIENCE
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) # 93810 with over a decade of experience. I provide therapy to adolescents and adults. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal oriented. I use evidence-based practices to support clients in growing, learning, and reaching their potential. I value building strong, authentic connections and helping clients create meaningful changes.
I earned my MA in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling at Saint Mary’s College of California.
As a mother of two, I understand the emotional shifts that come with parenting. I provide supportive care through postpartum challenges, work-family balance, and the complex emotions of raising children. I also help parents navigate difficulties with their children/adolescents, and family dynamics, offering a grounded, empowering space.
As a neurodivergent, dyslexic learner myself, I’m especially passionate about working with clients who have learning differences. I aim to create a supportive, validating space where they can recognize their strengths, build confidence and self-compassion, and break through the imposter syndrome.
I am also a part of a team of therapists that offer Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) through Mount Diablo Psychological Services (MDPS). MDPS offers Evidence-Based Therapy and Emotion Regulation Skills Groups.

In addition, I have worked as a therapist in both public and private school settings, therapeutic camps (Quest Therapeutic Camps Inc), and community mental health clinics. Moreover, I have worked in schools such as Charles Armstrong School, Hope Academy, Stellar Academy for Dyslexics, Fusion Academy -Walnut Creek, and Compass High School serving students with learning differences. While working at Compass High School, I taught a social skills, a remedial reading class, and provided on-site therapeutic services. I am a professional multi-sensory dyslexia Slingerland® screener (identifying deficits and/or weaknesses in children with specific language disabilities). I have been intensively trained in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
“My therapeutic style is warm, genuine, nonjudgmental, compassionate, and goal- oriented. Furthermore, I believe with support, empathy, and professional guidance, an individual has the capability to grow, learn, and achieve their greatest potential.”
